Reward Searches For The Patient

I got my psp on friday!! But in return I had to give my World Of Warcraft away but thats a small price to pay in exchange for an incredible item. The Psp, is a really incredible piece of gadget. It can do almost anything from playing games(like duh!), music, movies and even surf the net!! Its an all in 1 portable media. The only complain I have with it is the lack of good games for it right now but I'm sure it'll be better as soon as 2006 comes around.

I manage to grab a copy of Iplay today. Few days ago the editor told me to give him some comments on the middle section of the magazine which made me very curious. Turns out the middle section of the magazine is overturned/terbalik!! I was like wtc!!! Anyway the magazine is pretty good except that I think it is a bit overpriced for a 100 page magazine.

Any of you watch To Catch The Uncatchable on Astro? The series actually had 2 endings!! Well its because in Hong Kong everyone complained about the TRUE ending. In the ending, the main character dies before his wedding but it was pretty blurry in the last episode as the show didnt actually show what happened afetr the main character fell down and closed his eyes. In the end, everyone complained about the main character dying and they actually remade the ending with another ending where the main character lives. So ermm the true ending of the series is whichever ending you prefer to see. I personally prefer the ending where the main character dies because it is a pretty nice flick which I think will probably make some people cry.

SPM is erm...Okay I'm speechless about SPM right now. Its just too friggin soon!!! I should be doing lotsa last minute studies but I can't seem to remember a thing I've studied. Temporary amnesia or just plain stupid? I guess I'll find out in the exam hall...

Magic Everywhere

Prior to the SPM examination, my sundays has always been filled with kasturi, kasturi and err more kasturi? So as usual today I went to kasturi for the 2nd day of the 4 day seminar. Subjects were Chemistry and Physics. Basically I concentrated too hard on chemistry and couldn't concentrate on physics at all. Overall the seminar was pretty alright especially chemistry. Learned lotsa stuff.

Me and three other friends went to KLCC for lunch after the seminar. All 4 of us had SuP3r SpcY RaM3Ns for lunch. Our actual purpose of `dropping by` at KLCC was to get Magic The Gathering decks and booster packs. Magic is a card game thats been running for a pretty long time now and it has just gotten better. Man my life is full of games. Pc Games, Console Games, Game Magazines, Game Articles, Portable Games, Card Games etc etc. Anyway I have this friend who is really rich. Well maybe not too rich to you guys but to us he IS super duper rich. He buys 8 Magic booster packs every week. Thats like more than a 100 bux spent on cards only!! One upside of having him as a friend is we can always pursuade him to treat us but of course we don't take too much advantage of him (Btw I'm dead if he reads this so syhhh!!!). If I was him I would use the money to buy all the games I can and a CAR!!

After skipping school for practically the whole week, I've finally decided to move my ass and go to school tomorrow. Don't know if I'll regret it but oh well. I might as well just enjoy my last 2 weeks of high school life before we go for SPM. I just hope I can concentrate in school.

The weather these days is just.....WET!! Wake up in the morning..its raining. Go for kasturi's seminar for 4 hours...still raining. KLCC for lunch and chit chat.....STILL RAINING!! Dinner...STILL RAINING!!!!!!!!???? I'm pretty sure many places in Malaysia is already badly flooded.(I don't read the newspapers...so I won't know)

I just came back from my aunt's house after dinner. Was watching Harry Potter and The Prizoner of Azkaban for the 2nd time. Yup I am a fan of the Harry Potter and my favourite book is....jeng jeng jeng...the 4th BOOK!! Best part is..the 4th movie is coming out next month!! On top of that, I can go watch it right after SPM which doubles the fun!! Ahh life is good....

1st Goal Achieved

I can't believe it happened so fast. Only a few days ago I was ranting about getting a 6260 and today.....I GOT IT!!! As for Goal 2 which is to get World of Warcraft, It'll happen tomorrow. But by the end of the day I'm gonna be so broke my pockets will have more than infinity holes in it. Oh well I'm really happy today for getting the phone. Let me fill you guys in my journey to acquiring the phone. I would say it wasn't a very pleasant one.

It all began in the forums. I had to message 2 people and plan out my time to get the phone. The plan was to sell my N-Gage to this guy called Vincent for RM450 and then proceed to meet the 2nd guy called Nabil and get the phone for RM650. So my plans are usually `ahem` very very tight. A slight change will disrupt my whole plan usually. Which almost happened today. I was supposed to meet this Vincent guy at 5.30 and then meet Nabil at 6.00. So I had 30 minutes to sell off my N-Gage til Nabil arrives. Well turns out that Vincent guy was some Sungai Wang handphone stall promoter!!

Which also means he's really fussy when it comes to handphones. I thought I could just give him the phone he give me the cash and DONE. Well what he did kinda frightened me and the thought of not getting my 6260 came while I was selling my N-Gage. That Vincent guy took off almost every part of the phone and checked almost everything from a tiny lil scratch, when was the phone made, which country was it from etc etc. He took off everything and I mean everything!!! And he almost didn't want to buy it because he `said` that my N-Gage is a Singapore unit and the original handsfree for it will cost a lot. I was pretty furious at that time because not only will my plan be disrupted but he just tore off my phone and told me he doesn't want it??!! Well but after that he decided to take it but he ripped 10 bucks off me. Which means I sold it to him at RM440 only!!

After that I went to meet Nabil which thankfully was a really cool adult with a really cool attitude. Reminds me of one of my guildmates in Guild Wars *wink wink*. The deal went smoothly and walla....I GOT MY PHONE!! Went home happily with my Dad after that. He was so eager to check out the new phone. Hehe thats what I like about em. We're both very INTO gadgets like these.

Kasturi's seminar starts tomorrow. With the advent of 10 subjects, tomorrow will be a very nice day for me because the seminar will begin with Maths and English. Both are my favourite subjects and I know I'm going to enjoy tomorrow. Owh and we plan to go to KLCC after the seminar but I don't know if I wanna tag along with my friends yet because I feel guilty for not studying for SPM.

Instant Gratification

I really desire for lotsa stuffs nowadays. Before this I was eyeing on a Sony Playstation Portable. Then lately I found out that the Nintendo DS had pretty good games so the desire to get one existed. I have been wanting to play World Of Warcraft for a long time already but it will come true soon because I'm getting my copy this saturday. Yesterday I saw this guy using a Nokia 6260 and now...I REALLY WANT THAT PHONE!!

Alright lets do a lil maths here :
1. World Of Warcraft - RM170
2. Playstation Portable - RM900
3. Nintendo DS - RM500
4. Nokia 6260 - RM750 (Cheap right??)

So 170+900+500+750 = RM2320 <>
I can only afford at max 2 items...but I want em all!!

I followed my mom to carrefour today. Bought 2 magic boosters and too my surprise...I got Razia Boros Archangel. Yay!! The reason I'm so happy is the fact that that card can be sold to a friend of mine at high price which means more cash for the items I desire. Went to play 3 rounds of Initial D at the arcade after that but didn't win any races at all. Bloody computers...

I'm sms-ing with someone special while writing this blog. Listening to Aeris's Theme and Tifa's Theme from the Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children soundtrack really makes me think of her. Ahh I must be missing her too much. Handphone credit expiring tomorrow which means no sms til I reload it. Can't imagine a day without sms. I'm gonna be so lonely and the day is gonna be so quiet.

Anyway it looks like I'm gonna skip school again tomorrow but I'll still be attending the extra biology class. Well sad to say the extra class is only for failures like me but I guess it helps rather than staying at home doing nothing.

Prelude

Hello everyone. I have decided to use blogger instead of xanga to blog because of the hideous look on my previous blogsite. Hopefully I'll be able to blog more often than last time without interrupting my daily routines and I hope you guys will support me by leaving a comment or two. Any comment will do. I just want to know who reads my blog and who keeps track of it.

So I've decided to name my blogsite Windstruck Borders. Why you ask? Well I was busy rummaging through the drawers and folders in my brains and suddenly this name just popped up in my brain so walla....Windstruck Borders it is. Maybe I will find out the meaning to this strange name in time to come.

Reasons I skipped school today :
No.1 : I definitely need more sleep!!
No.2 : Laziness took over...
No.3 : Having mosquitophobia (Basically my whole school is infested with mosquitoes and with the dengue rates going up you must be crazy not to be afraid of mosquitoes now)

I sold off my copy of World Of Warcraft to a guy called Tunn from Lowyat.net today. Asked my dad to fetch me to Desa Setapak after dinner and met Tunn in front of 7-11. Cool looking guy with an even cooler phone....Nokia 6260. Turns out he bought the World of Warcraft for his girlfriend's brother's birthday present. Man what a nice guy. I wish my sister's boyfriend would buy me something equivalent too but with his stingy nature, the best I can do is dream of him buying me something like that.
